Social media for small local businesses

Email us your news. We post it to your Facebook and Instagram.

Send a few rough lines, a photo off your phone and a link. We turn it into a proper post and put it up on a set schedule, so your pages stay busy while you get on with the work.

You email us. The finished answer lands back in your inbox.

No apps. No logins. No passwords. You give us access through Meta's own Partner or Page access, and you can remove it at any time.

Why local businesses use it

  • Just send an email

No apps to learn and no scheduling tools. Rough notes and spelling mistakes are fine.

  • Posts on a set schedule

Your Facebook and Instagram stay active every week, not just when you remember.

  • A short weekly email

What went out, what people liked, and a couple of easy ideas for next week.

How it works

  1. Email your news

A few lines, a photo and a link to [email protected]. Whatever's going on this week.

  2. We make the post

We write it up, design it around your photo, and add your link and contact details.

  3. It goes live

Posted to your Facebook and Instagram on your schedule. Prefer to see it first? Choose approve-first.

Examples

  • Cafe special

    1. You email

    2. We do it

We write a short, tasty post and frame your photo with your opening hours.

    3. You get

A post on Facebook and Instagram that morning, with a link to your menu.

  • Hairdresser's new slot

    1. You email

“Had a cancellation, 2pm Thursday free for a cut and blow-dry.”

    2. We do it

We make a quick “slot available” post with your booking link or number.

    3. You get

The slot posted the same day, so followers can grab it.

  • Trades job photo

    1. You email

“Finished this bathroom in Bearsden today. Before and after pics attached.”

    2. We do it

We set the photos side by side and write up the job in plain words.

    3. You get

A before-and-after post showing off your work, with how to get a quote.

  • Event

    1. You email

“Quiz night Friday 7pm, all money raised goes to the local food bank.”

    2. We do it

We design an event post and plan a reminder for the day itself.

    3. You get

An announcement this week and a reminder on Friday, on both pages.

Get started

Tell us a bit about your business and we'll email you back with how it works for you and how to give us access. Or just email [email protected].

Plain words are perfect. For example: "Offers, new stock and photos of jobs, about twice a week."

This opens your own email app with everything filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Questions

Where does it all go?

Straight into your inbox. Every reply's subject line starts "Just Email It |", so it's easy to search, or to file into one folder automatically.

  • Gmail: create a filter for the subject "Just Email It" and apply a label.
  • Outlook: use Rules to move it to a folder.
  • iPhone Mail: search "Just Email It".
Do I need to give you my password?

No, and we'll never ask for it. You add us through Meta's own Partner or Page access, which you control. You can remove us at any time from your Page settings.

Do I need to download anything?

No. You email us from whatever email you already use. There's no app and no account to set up.

Can I see posts before they go out?

Yes. Choose approve-first and we'll email each post to you before it goes live. Or let us post on schedule and just send us your news.

What if I don't have much to say this week?

That's normal. Send a photo or a line and we'll work with it. The weekly email also suggests easy ideas for next week.

Which platforms do you cover?

Facebook and Instagram. We don't reply to comments or messages for you, run paid ads, or edit videos.

Can you promise more customers?

No one honestly can. What we promise is that your pages stay active with proper posts, and that you see what went out and how it did each week.

What photos should I send?

Your own photos work best: your shop, your team, your work. Please only send photos you took or have permission to use.

How much does it cost?
